Our Story

Founded in 2015, the Georgia Leadership Foundation emerged from a recognition that communities across our state needed more equipped, empathetic, and diverse leaders to address complex challenges.

What began as a small local initiative has grown into a respected organization that identifies promising individuals, provides them with comprehensive leadership training, connects them with experienced mentors, and supports them as they implement impactful projects in their communities.

Our approach combines academic rigor with practical experience, ensuring that our leaders are not just knowledgeable but also skilled in applying their learning to create real, measurable change.
